Refund policy

US Customers: We allow cancellations anytime during the preorder period. Once preorders have closed, orders are final and cannot be canceled. However, if you choose to cancel your order, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refunded payment amount. Overstock and Scratch & Dent copies are sold AS IS and are not eligible for a cancellation/refund once they have been purchased
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your card/bank will result in all orders (both Grim Gates and Jemlin orders) being cancelled and you will be banned from purchasing from us in the future.

EU Customers: Grim Gates and Jemlin C will continue to ship to the EU and comply with the necessary regulations - including the 14 day cooling off period and return policies. EU-based customers can reach out to thegrimgates@gmail.com, access your customer portal to use our self-serve option, or click here to cancel or return their orders within the required time period. Repeated cancellations or misuse of these policies may result in the need for us to reevaluate shipping to the EU in the future.
